softness rather than strength. This art has been used in daily forms of exercise
to help you control your body's yin and yang. Whether you are at home or in the
office, just take some time out from your busy schedule and stressful environment
to practice some of the basic exercises shown in this section. Hopefully you will
find some improvement or greater strength in your health, Tai Chi can reduce tension
