The use and
practice of herbal medicines has been in existence in China for hundreds of years.
Some of the herbal remedies have been passed down from generations. Over
the next twelve months we will be building up a pool of information on some of
the 400 medicinal herbs of Hong Kong. This invaluable source of information will
give some basic data on the plant name, what it is used in the treatment of, the
usual dosage and the Chinese brand medicine. It will give you, the reader, an
excellent insight into the nature of these herbs and what treatment they are used
